On the 14th of Septemberwe made tomato soup using our freshly grown tomatoes and onions! We chopped, diced, and cut the tomatoes, onions and garlic. We put them into the air fryer along with the basil leaves for about 15 to 20 minutes. While waiting, we put a block of vegetable stock into a jug and poured boiling water and waited for it to dissolve while mixing it. Once it was dissolved, we put the mixture into a bowl and poured the vegetable stock in as well. We blended the mixture. Once its blended, you pour it into a bowl and it was ready to enjoy!
