For three weeks food dudes sent us fruit and vegetables to taste in school. We were really excited to get started. Every lunch break we tasted different fruit and vegetables and we got stickers every time we tried them. We tasted melon, mange tout, apples, grapes, carrots, peppers, bananas, blue berries, cucumber and oranges. My favourites were carrots and apples. I did not like the peppers or the mange tout. We won prizes when we tried our best to taste the fruit and vegetables. We won bottles, lunchboxes, balls and a pedometer. When we finished our tasting in school we had to bring in fruit and vegetables from home. The teacher ticked them on a wall chart and we won certificates. I won all 5 certificates. I am a champion food dude.
